Each bottle of Immune Intel contains 60 capsules of 750mg of AHCC® each, with no other ingredients or fillers. Research shows the most robust immune support with a 3 gram (4 capsule) per day dose. This is the recommended dose for those suffering from a systemic issue like Lyme, HPV, cancer, autoimmune, etc.
The daily recommended dose for general health in healthy individuals is 1.5 grams (2 capsules) per day. This dose should be doubled if traveling, around someone sick or feel like your body is fighting off sickness.
Taking capsules right before meals is ideal but this is not a strict rule – the body receives benefits no matter what time of day.
Kids under 10 should receive half the dose of an adult. The capsules can be opened and stirred into food or drink.
For your pets, cats and small dogs (<30 lbs) can take 1-2 capsules per day. Larger animals can take 2-4 capsules per day. The capsules can be opened up and stirred into wet food.
